Terry Horrocks has been an active participant in the area real estate market since arriving in Lake Placid in 1973 working in real estate sales, development and as a real estate appraiser. In 1988 he formed the real estate company W. Terry Horrocks, Inc., which he located at our current Main Street office location. Terry chose to join forces with the "Prudential” in 1995 when he acquired the Prudential Real Estate franchise operating under the name Prudential Terry Horrocks Real Estate. Since 1988 the company has grown to include 14 professional Sales Associates and Associate Brokers and 3 administrative support staff. We are pleased to offer you our services for all your Real Estate needs, so please contact us at any time. Agents Our office is comprised of 14 agents 7 of which are licensed Associate Brokers. We are professionals with diverse backgrounds. Our Agents include former marketing and banking executives, commercial investors, business owners and CEOs. Our mix of people includes figure skating Judges, amateur and professional Nordic and alpine skiers, equestrians, canoe and kayak paddlers, runners and bicyclists, business owners and even hockey Moms. Office and Staff Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all area Multiple Listing Services, Public Record Searches and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you. We have three administrative support staff members to assist in accommodating all of your real estate needs. Their duties include coordinating meetings, developing print materials and in-office property displays, personalized answering of your telephone calls and, should your agent be unavailable, to act as your personal couriers to ensure timely processing and delivery of all your important documents and related materials. |
